How do I know NRB is a legitimate
business?
· With over30 years of experience
in the Room Reservation business,
NRB prides itself on quality customer
service, personalized assistance through
our call center. Our general office
is located in Las Vegas and we are
a long-term member of the Las Vegas
Chamber of Commerce and the Better
Business Bureau, member of the Las
Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority
and numerous other travel related
organizations.
What charge cards you accept?
May I pay by check?
· We accept Visa, Master Card,
American Express, Discover, Diners
Club and JCB. We will accept your
check for future reservations over
thirty days in advance. For reservations
within 30 days of arrival, we require
a cashiers check or money order to
confirm reservation. Please call our
Call Center at 800-638-5553 for details.
Will I receive a confirmation
of my reservation?
· We send a confirmation for
every reservation either by phone
or e-mail. If you prefer, we will
send via US mail – but must
allow 5 days for receipt. If you need
confirmation via fax at a later date,
please call our Customer Service Department
at 800-638-5553. We will be glad to
send your confirmation to any address
you provide.
Can I book a group of rooms?
· By all means. We define “group”
as 10 or more rooms. Many hotels require
special arrangements for group arrivals
and must be booked separately from
individual reservations. Please refer
to our website at www.nrbinc.com and
click on our GROUPS icon. A representative
will contact you – or you may
call our Director of Group Sales at
800-638-5553.
Can I book golf tee times?
· Yes. We have contracted with
many Las Vegas golf courses and can
book your tee time up to 30 days in
advance. Click on our “Golf
Packages” icon for some great
special package rates.
What is the difference between
booking a room on the Internet versus
booking directly with you by phone?
· Our Call Center representatives
answer your questions, recommend alternative
accommodations, book show tickets
and side trips, assist you with special
requests and ensure you receive proper
confirmations and documents. For this
service we assess a nominal handling
fee of 5%. Of course, you will save
the fee by booking on-line 24 hours
a day.
Is your Internet site secure
and how secure is my credit card number
if I use your service?
-Absolutely. We process our
charge card reservations through a
secure socket layer providing you
the utmost protection. You can check
the validity of the security by clicking
on the logo of our secure server certificate
issuer, Thawte, just before entering
any sensitive information. You may
also double-click on the closed padlock
icon in the status bar of your browser
to verify that the page is encrypted.
Do you sell or distribute
my email address or other personal
information to anyone?
-No, our client base is internal and
not released to anyone. We send out
mailers to our client base from time-to-time
and you can easily opt-out from that
list at anytime.
-We also track visitors on our web
site for statistical analysis. We
gather no personal information during
this tracking process and the data
is only used by us.
Why is my credit card being
charged at the time of booking?
· We have contracted with dozens
of hotels for room inventory and are
responsible for payment to the hotel
for all reservations. To guarantee
the rate and room upon your arrival,
we must confirm payment to the hotel
at the time of booking.
Can I book a room for someone
else?
· Yes, however the name on
the credit card and the mailing address
must match the billing address on
the card to receive confirmation.
What is your cancellation
policy?
· Our standard cancellation
policy is quoted online and by our
Call Center Representatives. Reservations
cancelled up to three (3) days prior
to arrival are subject to a $30 processing
fee and 5% handling fee. Cancellations
within three days of arrival will
also be subject to the first nights
revenue to the hotel.
Is there a charge to change
a reservation arrival date?
· All arrival date changes
are subject to a $30 handling and
processing fee. There is no handling
fee charged if you are requesting
additional nights.
What are your hours of operation?
· Our Call Center is staffed
7-days a week Monday through Friday
from 7:00 am to 8:30 pm, Saturday
from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and Sunday
from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. All hours
are Pacific Time. Our Internet site
is available 24 hours a day, 365 days
a year.
