Join us in one of our fabulous restaurants for either gourmet or grab and go dining. Selections of steaks, seafood, Italian or traditional Japanese sushi are available upon many more food selections. You'll be hard pressed to miss our Sterling Brunch, rated one of the best in Las Vegas, hosted at our own Bally's Steakhouse you can try some caviar, a lobster claw, or our very own champagne jello.
