THE ALL-AMERICAN BAR & GRILLE The All-American Bar & Grille features "Rio Dry Aged," our delicious in-house steaks famous for their taste and sizzle. From crisp salads, dThe new All-American Bar & Grilleelicious sandwiches, fresh seafood and "Rio Dry Aged" Angus steaks, even the heartiest appetite will be satisfied at the new All-American Bar & Grille. All of our steaks, burgers and fresh seafood are prepared on our open mesquite wood grill. We feature a contemporary atmosphere with fireplaces surrounded by two waterfalls in the dining room. We also feature a sports bar with over 10 plasma TVs where we serve appetizers, fresh squeezed juices for an afternoon margarita and our famous Angus beef hamburgers. ANTONIO'S ITALIAN RISTORANTE Enjoy the best of award-winning gourmet Italian cuisine! The inviting atmosphere of Antonio's Italian Ristorante includes an attractive open kitchen that allows guests to watch the Rio's top chefs prepare decadent Mediterranean dishes and extravagant desserts. From Osso Buco Milanese to Spaghetti Con Aragosta, Antonio's provides a literal culinary voyage to the best of Old Italy. A strolling guitarist completes the experience. Make your evening special and have dinner in one of Antonio's cozy booths, or call in advance and reserve one of our private rooms for large parties. Two private dining room choices that seat up to 15 or 26 are available. Antonio's is located in the Ipanema Tower between the Main Cashier's Cage and Starbucks Coffee. Reservations are recommended.
BUZIO'S SEAFOOD RESTAURANT Fresh seafood from the docks and traditional New England fare is featured at this gracious restaurant, offering outstanding views of the Rio's Ipanema Beach and sparkling swimming pools. Enjoy the casually elegant atmosphere of Buzio's, offering seating for large groups as well as more intimate occasions, and single seating at Buzio's fresh oyster bar overlooking an open kitchen. Buzio's is open daily for dinner from 5 p.m.-11 p.m. and is located near the pool entrance. A private dining room is available for parties up to 100. Reservations are recommended.
CAFE MARTORANO “Absolutely no changes or substitutions.  This is how I cook.  Please enjoy and don’t break balls!” This caveat on the menu only hints at the kind of unforgettable evening you’re in for at Café Martorano, the newest restaurant at Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino.  Frank Sinatra did it his way, and chef Steve Martorano has achieved culinary acclaim the same way – by breaking all the rules.  What would you expect from a chef who caters for the cast of The Sopranos? Hailing from South Philadelphia by way of Fort Lauderdale, Martorano serves simple, old-school Italian-American home cooking in a chic after-dark environment.  After peak hours, Martorano moves from behind the stove to behind the turntables, where he shows off his DJ skills, playing hip-hop and R&B as dinner turns to dancing. Freshness makes the difference in Martorano's market-inspired dishes.  You buy the food today, he philosophizes, which is to be eaten today.  “I pick out the food I prepare whenever I can,” Martorano explains.  “The rest, brought by purveyors, are not accepted unless they meet my standards ... I prepare what I believe is the freshest and the best each day.” The freshness of the food and the vibrancy of the atmosphere have made Cafe Martorano’s original Ft. Lauderdale location incredibly popular.  Diners would gladly wait hours for a table, during which time Martorano presents amuse-bouche treats like slices of pizza and meatballs. When seated, diners enjoy everything from Philly cheesesteaks and pork Sunday gravy to lobster Francaise and seafood Fra Diavolo. Sauces are prepared in individual portions for each dish and an employee in the kitchen is dedicated to cooking pasta al dente – again, to order, a process that Martorano describes as “dinosaur cooking.  The steps we take ... once we’re gone, that era’s done.  We’re old school.”

GAYLORD INDIA RESTAURANT Join us for the very best of India at the Rio and experience an exotic feast for the senses. Gaylord India Restaurant, an award-winning San Francisco mainstay for nearly three decades, has served presidents, prime ministers, ambassadors, senators, mayors, rock stars & celebrities. Gaylord India Restaurant serves Northern Indian cuisine, featuring authentic Tandoori and Mughlai-style dishes. Dine in a warm, romantic setting, with rich jewel tone fabrics, deep finished woods and gorgeous authentic Indian artifacts. Entree specialties include tandoori chicken, prawns and salmon, assorted meat kabobs, fragrant lamb curries, exquisite chicken curries and seafood delicacies, such as prawn vindaloo and fish tikka masala (fish cubes cooked in a spicy sauce). Fresh homemade breads baked in tandoori ovens await, as well as a tempting array of savory rice dishes or "biryani." Meatless specialties are available, as well as a special dessert menu, which features kulfi (saffron-flavored ice cream with pistachios) and the classic treat, gulab jamun (sweet cheese rounds dipped in syrup). HAMADA'S ASIANA Hamada's Asiana combines Japanese Teppanyaki exhibition table-side cooking with fresh sushi and an exotic menu featuring traditional Japanese dishes. McFADDEN'S RESTAURANT AND SALOON One of the most storied Irish pubs in all of NYC has arrived in Las Vegas! R.U.B. BBQ And if you don’t know what that means, you’ll understand with your first bite at R.U.B.  The most talked-about barbecue restaurant in New York City opens at Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino this October, bringing the flavors of chef Paul Kirk, aka the “Kansas City Baron of Barbecue,” to legions of BBQ aficionados in Las Vegas. The original R.U.B. eatery opened in New York in 2005 to immediate critical acclaim and popularity thanks to pit-smoked championship-level barbecue classics like pastrami, St. Louis ribs, sausage links and pulled pork, and specialties like crispy, twice-smoked burnt ends, Szechwan smoked duck and their most popular dish – the Taste of the Baron, a platter that includes beef, pork, ham, pastrami, turkey, chicken, sausage and a quarter rack of ribs.  All selections are prepared fresh daily, so once an item sells out – better luck tomorrow! Sao Paulo Cafe and Coffe Shop Sao Paulo Café offers great all-day dining featuring a large selection of appetizers, salads, entrees, and spectacular desserts. The Sao Paulo offers traditional American fare along with a variety of international favorites, including a separate Chinese menu.
SPORTS KITCHEN For race and sports fans who don't want to miss any of the action, the Rio has opened the convenient and upscale Sports Kitchen, serving burgers, bratwursts, wood-fired pizzas, homemade sandwiches and other sport specialties. You can even watch pizzas being made and sandwiches being prepared right in front of you. A special highlight is the enormous fire pit in the center of the area.

WINE CELLAR & TASTING ROOM The Wine Cellar at the Rio Suites Hotel and Casino is Las Vegas's most famous wine bar and retail shop and is home to one of the most impressive public wine collections in the United States. The Wine Cellar showcases some 50,000 bottles valued at more than $10 million. The Masquerade Village

Lucky Strike Lanes will offer a fun and energetic atmosphere for all ages seven days a week, combining 10 lanes of bowling with a full-service restaurant and bar. During the day, Lucky Strike offers something for everyone – a bite for the family in the 156-seat restaurant, a drink with a date at the 25-seat mahogany bar, a game of bowling for the kids or a diversion for everybody on four flat-screen plasma televisions.  Then, after dark, Lucky Strike morphs into a nightlife hotbed, complete with bowling, bar and beats.  It’s got all the energy and excitement of a nightclub – but it’s completely different from anywhere else in town.  What else would you expect from Pure Management Group? Lucky Strike Lanes’ will feature oversized, retro bowling photographs both inside and outside the red brick venue.  The 10-lane bowling alley will be complete with oversized couches and a gigantic neon-lit, script-lettered Las Vegas sign that will radiate light over the black-lit lanes.  The venue will house state-of-the-art technology including five projection screens descending from a cascading, wave-patterned white ceiling, and score screens complete with picture-in-picture, perfect for viewing sporting events while also keeping track of bowlers.  There’s also a digital jukebox, and on the weekends, live DJ entertainment.
VOODOO LOUNGE Dine, dance and drink 51 stories above the excitement of Sin City at the wildest nightspot in Las Vegas, VooDoo Lounge. You’ll see Vegas from our point of view from our indoor/outdoor, double-decker nightclub, complete with a striking steel staircase that offers possibly the single best view in all of Vegas. Entertainment is provided by the VooDoo Doll go-go dancers, live bands and DJ mixes.  And of course, there’s our award-winning flair bartenders, mixing up specialty cocktails like the world-famous Witch Doctor. Weekly highlights at VooDoo are Thursday’s industry party, VooDoo Risin’, where DJs Joey Mazzola and L-1 play a blend of hip-hop and house; as well as Monday’s Latin industry night, Elevacion, where DJ Dave Guzman spins salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton and Latin house. Women gather at Flirt after the Chippendales show, one of the steamiest male revues in Las Vegas, looking for a little harmless flirting with some of the hottest gentlemen in the Vegas valley.
